How to Place an Order Online with Blair Ceramics

Whether you're a longtime Blair Ceramics customer or just getting started with your online account, placing an order is fast, simple, and built around your custom pricing. This guide walks you through every step — from logging in to hitting that final Complete Order button.

Step 1: Navigate to the Website

Open your browser and go to blairceramics.com .

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

In the upper right-hand corner, click Log In. Enter your credentials and click the Log In button. Once logged in, your business name will appear in the upper right corner — right where the Log In button used to be.

Tip: If you can't remember your password, click Forgot Password? on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your email — check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Step 3: Browse Products

Click Products in the main navigation, then select Shop All. Use filters to sort by category, newest, alphabetical order, and more.

Step 4: Select a Product

Click on any product to open its page. Your custom pricing is pre-loaded to your account. Select your size, enter your quantity, and click Add to Cart. If a product shows Unavailable, contact us at customersupport@blairceramics.com or (720) 897-5537 to request access.

Step 5: Review Your Cart & Check Out

Click the Cart icon, review your items and custom pricing, then click the red Check Out button.

Step 6: PO Number & Shipping Address

Enter an optional Purchase Order (PO) number and select your shipping address. Click Add a New Address if your location isn't listed yet.

Step 7: Shipping

Orders under $10,500 show shipping as TBC — calculated and added to your final invoice.

Orders $10,500 or more receive Free Shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

Note: If you are local to our warehouse and Corporate HQ you can request to have the option added to your account for a Local PickUp.

Step 8: Complete Your Order

Agree to the terms and conditions and click the red Complete Order button. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately. Our team will follow up with the final invoice and shipping details.
